SeniorVa is a digital platform designed to enhance the activities of the Active Life Centers, promoted by the Ayuntamiento de Valladolid.
An engaging, simple, and intuitive experience.
We carried out a review to assess the user-friendliness and accessibility of the entire platform. Our main focus was on improving how information is presented and communicated, aiming to make it clearer and more accessible to a wider audience, especially those unfamiliar with intricate web navigation or technical terminology.
Updating the visual system for today's digital realities.
We created a contemporary, adaptable digital environment while maintaining brand recognition. Our goal was to revamp the visual system to allow more flexibility with colour and typography, ensuring proper application of sizes, weights, contrasts, and hierarchies. This resulted in better readability and usability for all content. Additionally, we created flexible and consistent elements across the application to ensure that every user interaction feels intuitive and familiar.
Beyond Functionality: The Crucial Role of Language in Accessibility.
This involves providing clear explanations about available options, potential errors, and steps to follow within the application in an understandable and accessible manner. Moreover, we introduced a gaming section to help less tech-savvy users feel more comfortable, encouraging them to use the platform more frequently.
